- Orders received before 11am PST will usually ship out the same day (and on the first business day following weekends and holidays). Occasionally we experience periods of high order volume delaying shipments beyond our typical processing time. Please note that shipping delivery times seen at checkout do not include processing time - if at checkout USPS says "two day delivery" that applies to after they've picked up the package from our location, it does not mean two days from the moment you place your order.
- Returns are easy! We ask that the return is initiated within 14 days of purchase and is accompanied by a receipt. The product has to include all original packaging and be in brand new unworn condition. Please give us a call at 510.649.6683 during store hours, or send us an email at email@example.com to let us know you're making a return. Including a quick note with your return letting us know how you'd like to proceed will help speed up the process. Once we've received your returned item in new and unworn condition we will refund your credit card for the total cost of the item purchased excluding shipping.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase are non-refundable.
- Sales on ALL DISCOUNTED items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
