The first-ever collaboration between Converse and Perks and Mini (P.A.M.) mutates Converse classics into winter-ready outerwear. The assortment of pieces is transformed for function and new world style. Misha Hollenbach and Shauna Toohey of P.A.M. (Perks And Mini) have stamped their signature bold graphics, and MUTATION theme, onto the apparel.
Their debut collection for Converse reimagines the tracksuit, mutating the classic concept with mix-and-match layers in blue and green, inspired by celestial polar landscapes.
The reversible MA1 Bomber features a a heavy nylon canvas exterior in acid/lime green with a shoelace zipper pull. Shiny quilted PrimaLoft zig-zag pattern lines the interior for extra warmth. The matching trackpants, made with the same iridescent PrimaLoft fill, are complete with cargo pockets at the knees and a double label.
The pullover hoodie is perfect for layering in deluxe cotton fleece, embroidered with the "MUTATION" logo on the sleeve. The reimagined Chuck 70 is wrapped in a removable warm quilted layer with an alternative closure underneath and Gore straps. The left shoe features a custom license plate and matching "MUTATION" logo on the canvas interior.
Both the long sleeve and short sleeve tee are complete with the "MUTATION" logo, classic P.A.M. eye design, and embroidery patch on the sleeve.
Shop the collection on Saturday 1/19, in-store at 11am and online at 1pm PST.
